GENERAL INFORMATION 

My prices are very competitive. I mainly work alone as well, which keeps the labour cost down. I do not sub out my work to others or leave jobs half done to go start others. I am organised, trustworthy and always upfront about what does and doesn't need doing. In this line of work you don't just want several quotes, you're also going to want several opinions.

Large Jobs:
Any large jobs are always measured as accurately as possible followed up by a formal quote and contract. Lead time is typically up to 1 month off peak and up to as much as 3 months during peak periods. My advice is to get your quote ASAP as I will honour it for up to 12 months. I can also provide scaffold inclusively and on short notice. Feel free to provide your own but my scaffolder looks after me without exception and is an extremely good price.

Small Jobs:
Small jobs can usually be quoted accurately there and then unless particular materials are required. If it's a few hours work or a couple of days I do try to squeeze them in on weekends. But during busy summer periods you would likely have to book it in.
