STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
DO YOU HAVE HAIRLINE CRACKS IN YOUR BRICKWORK OR INTERNAL PLASTER?
This could be the first signs of subsidence. It occurs when the ground lacks moisture - a common problem when your property is near large trees, for example.

If the damage is in a particular area such as above a window or door - it may be the lintel that needs replacing.

This kind of damage could only be minor and can be repaired before things get worse. However in more severe cases you would need to contact a professional surveyor or structural engineer.

Please note: We offer a basic survey report at short convenience for a low price but there is no guarantee we are able to fix the problem. We do not carry out underpinning or complex repairs where a large quantity of materials would need re-building.

If you are unsure what to do please don't hesitate to contact me.
